March 13th Update
We wanted to take a moment and update you on the latest as it pertains to meeting together at Osseo High School this Sunday. Things are changing rapidly with COVID-19 and we have to be wise as a church and at the same time lead our communities to hope in Jesus during these uncertain times.
With that said we will not be meeting together at a physical location this Sunday, March 15th, as the Minnesota Department of Health has advising that large gatherings do not meet at this time. We are not making this choice out of fear or anxiety, but out of love for our people and our communities.
Why suspend in-person church services during a pandemic?
1. We are loving our neighbors by protecting our neighbors.
2. We are not being fearful. We are being responsible.
3. This is what love requires of us in this season.
I hope you’ll join us online, this Sunday, for a very special experience. You'll hear from 4 people from MOSAIC how they are being rooted and grounded in Christ (Colossians 2). We will also be posting an online video lesson for toddlers and preschoolers and for elementary students.
Hold those loved ones tight, pray for those around the world who are affected, and walk in the knowledge that Christ is in YOU!

COVID-19 Health Update (March 11)
Here at MOSAIC, we want to care for our congregation in all respects, including the physical well-being of our community. To that end, we are asking you, the people of Mosaic Church, to take precautions to keep yourself and others safe, especially in light of recent developments with the coronavirus (COVID-19).
Please be mindful of the guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the CDC, including:
While you are out, you can access the sermons each week at https://www.mymosaicchurch.com/watch.html
We WILL hold service this Sunday. We are taking additional precautions in our gatherings to help create a safer environment. For the foreseeable future, we also will no longer:
While Mosaic's leadership is making decisions based on information from the CDC, we encourage you to consider what is best for your individual response. We will be closely monitoring recommendations regarding gatherings and will share if and when changes may occur.
The uncertainty of this outbreak is creating anxiety in our workplaces, schools, and day-to-day activities. Yet we remain confident of God’s steadfast presence and careful attention to all that is happening. Please join us in praying for those who are affected by this illness, as well as their caregivers and those who are working around the clock to minimize the impact of this virus. In Psalm 46, we are reminded that it is God who is our refuge and strength, and our ever-present help in trouble. Let us not fear, but with confidence use this opportunity to be the hands and feet of Jesus through our prayers and our care for others.
In Christ,

Please be mindful of the guidance from the Minnesota Department of Health and the CDC, including:
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom; before eating; and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- We urge you to consider refraining from attending church events (including small group), classes and services until the 14-day time-frame has been observed if you’ve traveled to any high-alert area (currently China, South Korea, Iran, Italy). Please also consider refraining from attendance if you’ve traveled to US locations with community spread of COVID-19.
- Stay home from church when you are sick - even if you are scheduled as a volunteer
- Be conscientious about physical contact during this season - there are some at Mosaic who prefer not to shake hands or hug at church during this season
- Please don’t check your kids into kids programming if they are displaying cold and/or flu-like symptoms
